My brother and I made these, they came out really super crunchy and were just aweful. we threw away the whole batch.

These were fabulous. And come in as one point each for WW. I added a dash of Godiva Liquour in also to make them delicious.

I followed this recipe to the letter and wound up with something resembling coffee flavored cardboard or treebark. One of the worst cookies I've ever had the displeasure of eating.

I've tried a variety cookies over the years. Did not like this one at all. Too overpowering coffee taste, maybe back it down to one Tblsp or 2 tsp. Just didn't make the grade for me.

Tasted pretty good, not quite what I was expecting, but still good. Very starbucks, could definitely enjoy with a latte!!

This recipe is just fine. The cookies taste good but they are more than crunchy. I was expected a stronger flavor to coffee. We left them into the oven more than the time the recipe says.

Recipe should say to be careful how fast/often we mix/kneed our cookie dough. I would say minimum handling - even in the rolling - drop on the pan and bake IMHO. My first batch came out like cardboard also.
