This is a real winner! The only thing I did differently was to cube the chicken and put it back in the sauce to reheat at the end. Served it with brown rice and green beans. Now there is competition for the leftovers.

This smelled great while cooking and tasted good while eating. I used 1/2c red pepper and 1/2c yellow pepper for color and it tasted great. Thanks for sharing.

I have been wanting to make this dish for ages and am so glad I finally got around to cooking it. Doubled for company supper. Used roasted red pepper which I had in freezer and canned mango. Served with some awesome ribs 103854 and would def pair these two dishes again for more company entertaining.

I went to a russian restaurant in Tallin, Estonia, last week, and had this wonderful chicken dish with a mango-chili sauce...I was dying to find the recipe and this one here surely does the job very close! Thanks for sharing!!

Absolutely yummy. Didn't have coriander so I added fresh cilantro with the mango. Also used brown rice to keep the bad carbs down. Made it for a date and she was quite impressed!

This was great the kids loved it and they don't usually eat curry. I used chicken thighs instead and cooked it for a bit longer.

Awesome recipe! My husband is a very picky eater and he was really impressed when I made this! Thank you!! I didn't have nay green onion or coriander on hand, and used garlic powder, but it still turned out amazing! Definitely a five star recipe!
