This was better than I would have expected. One thing I found, however, was that it may be best not to use ultra fine shredded cheese, as the "meat crust" did not hold to together like I know it would have had I used a coarser shredded cheese...maybe even adding a little chedder into to the meat mixture would help. The possibilities are endless for topping, as with any regular pizza. I made half as canadian bacon, olive, onion and green pepper and the other half as pepperoni and olives. Thanks, I will be making again.

I used fresh garlic, onion, salt and pepper in the "crust" This gave a much needed boost to the flavor. Followed the recipe otherwise. I believe Italian sausage will be the meat I use next and there WILL be a next time. Our toppings were red bell pepper, mushrooms, onion and some chopped hot pepper. Great low carb meal. Leftovers will be eaten for lunch on a whole wheat bun.

Great! I cooked the meat with chopped onion and garlic. I'll be making this again very soon! Delicious and very filling.

This was a delicious, satifying doughless crust, great for low carbers! I made it into a Mexican flavoured pizza as DH requested it, and it turned out great. If you let it cool a little before slicing, the pieces hold together really nicely. Thanks for a well written and easy to follow recipe!

All of you low-carber's have to try this!!! It's awesome! It tastes just like "real" pizza and you don't even miss the dough. I used Barilla sauce, only 5 grams sugar, and topped it with Italian sausage, red onion slices, mushrooms, banana peppers, provolone & mozzarella cheese. Outstanding!!!!!

I loved this!! I added chopped green peppers and onions to the meat crust. Next time I'll add fresh garlic too. I used a little more sauce and would have liked more, but I tried to exercise a little self control! Thanks so much for the great recipe.

Wow. I am happy that Chef #1119967 knows what they are talking about, but honestly, we are all intelligent enough to make our own decisions about what is healthy for us without reading a recipe review that is nothing more than a rant. Sadly, it lowers the overall stars of this recipe and may keep someone from using it who would enjoy it. Personally, I think this recipe sounds divine and I can't wait to try it on Sunday!

We had to quadruple the recipe to feed our brood other than that we followed the recipe. DD2 Who " doesn't eat meat " said " Hey This is good " DD3 Who loves real pizza inhaled it and said " This is so ding dang good I ate the whole thing " DD4 Who doesn't like any food said " Hey this isn't so bad its good!" DS1 Said I LOVE this pizza can I have more" DH and I say any recipe that can please our picky crowd is a 10 star winner !:D

I don't know where to start. Waaaay too many calories, soduim, saturated fat, you name it. The cholesterol count is what you're allowed for the whole day! Sorry, it's not worth the 6.3g carb per serving if it's gonna contribute so much towards a stroke and/or a heart attack. Get yourself a frozen thin crust pizza and split it with someone. It's a little higher in carbs but it won't contribute so much to your demise. Oh, and I've lost weight on both the Atkins and South Beach diest so I know what I'm talking about.
