Incredibly easy and absolutely delicious! I was out of lemon-pepper, so substituted fresh lime juice and fresh ground pepper; amazingly, I was also out of chicken broth, so used apple juice and a splash of red wine as the mixture was reducing. I will definitely make this one again... and probably double the sauce next time!

Very easy and quick to make. Was a little unsure when we started out how it was going to be! But man o man, it was GOOD! Many compliments to the chef! Seeing that I was the chef, I was happy! CAUTION: Children do NOT like the smell of cooked balsamic vinegar. It really stinks the house up! I may have scarred my 3 boys for life! BUT it was worth it! Great dish!!

I reduced the recipe for 2 breasts and halved the sauce - not needed as my husband practically licked the sauce out of the pan. Next time I'll just keep the sauce amount the same, regardless of chicken qty. Very good. Served w/hot biscuits and acorn squash.

It's great. The vinegar is not too strong and the garlic complements it. If you don't like garlic, you aughta still try it

Absolutely incredible. I love balsamic vinegar and garlic together. My family says this is an absolute keeper. I'm emailing this to my mother tonight. Thanks for posting and thank you s'kat for talking it up. PS I think that next time I might use my roasted garlic, yum!

This was incredible! Easy, quick and delicious! I scaled the recipe up for 6 people and everything worked out fabulous. I needed almost 10 minutes until my sauce got syrupy, but it was worth the wait! Served over rice with cucumber and onion salad on the side. Thanks...this saved me from the nightmare of 6 boring pieces of chicken with nothing to do!

I suppose there is not much I can add to all of the great reviews on this dish, but it was very good. I will definately be making this again. I was out of chicken broth (I don't know how that happened!), so I substituted beef broth. I ended up using 4 cloves of garlic, 2 c of beef broth (the whole can), and 1/4 c of basalmic vinegar. I tried the sauce before I added the butter. Oh, it was so good! After I added the butter, there wasn't much change in the taste. Maybe next time, to make it a little healthier, I will skip the butter all together, or maybe add a couple tsp of milk, to make it creamy. I poured the extra sauce over plain warmed brussel sprouts - that was just as good! My husband even liked the sprouts, and he usually doesn't like them. The sauce begs to be used with anything and everything - vegies, bread, chicken, beef, pork, fish - I see endless possibilities. This recipe is definately a keeper.

I love this recipe - make it a lot and have shared with many people. It's great with sourdough rolls, salad and mashed potatoes and the sauce is to die for!
