This was an easy, tasty supper dish! The only change I made was to add a chopped onion and some garlic when frying the meat. Next time I make it, I'll probably used two cans of soup, just to make the meat a little more moist. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe, Kim!

This was better then I expected it to be. I added onion and garlic powder to the beef when I was cooking it and added more cheddar to the top of the casserole (we love cheese). This was great and will make again.

This was close to one of my old favorites, thanks for posting it. I used an 8 x 8 pan, only 1 lb. ground beef, which I added chopped garlic to. I used 2 cans cream of chicken soup (what I had on hand). The extra can and less meat makes it nice and creamy. I also took the suggestion of broiling it for about 10 minutes after it was finished to crisp the tots. Yummy comfort food!!

When my DH saw me making this he started singing "Queen of My Double-wide" and teasing me. Ha! When he tasted this he decided to make it at hunting camp & thought it would be good topped with fried eggs. Wonderful recipe. Don't worry if it looks like it's too much - it'll be gone in a flash!

Simply delicious. I made this for me and my husband to take to lunch. Made it exactly by the recipe and we both loved it. Very comfort foodish. I call this quintessential middle-American fare. Brings back memories of a favorite casserole my mom used to make. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

Great recipe Kim. Easy enough for a man that doesn't know how to cook to put together. I gave this recipe to my boyfriend to get the things I'd need to fix this for dinner 1 day last week. What a wonderful surprise it was to come home to a dinner already ready. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe. Marla

Wow what an easy awesome dinner! I halved the recipe since there are only two of us and that left us with some to have for lunch tomorrow. I used cream of cheddar soup in place of cream of mushroom and it came out fantastic. This is a definite keeper for us. Thanks so much Kim.

Ooh, this was soo tasty! From previous suggestions I added onions and garlic powder to the beef as it cooked. Also, I used cream of celery instead, and in the last 15 minutes, I topped it off with some extra cheddar. Definitely going to make this again!

This was pretty good. My picky daughter would not eat it, 2 said it was ok, and 2 went back for seconds. I thought it was "ok". I added some garlic, salt, and pepper and I am glad I did or it would have been really bland for us. Even with a little of each added it still could have used something more.
