I used this recipe to use up the left over not quite ripe cherry tomatoes from my garden. It turned out great. I made lasagna with the sauce and some lowfat cottage cheese topped with skim milk mozzarella cheese. Great for my diet.

Recipe looks good! Could you add more directions on roasting and peeling tomatoes and peppers for those of us who haven't done it?
