i make this all the time with the Kraft processed cheese slices...love it. I find i don't need additional salt, as thise little slices already pack enough.

I made 8 of these, wrapped in wax paper and placed them in gallon freezer bags for a quick breakfast. I did ommit the salt since I read somewhere that it can make the eggs rubbery when frozen. Like others never thought to add honey mustard, what a delicious difference!

Simple and Delicious! I used an organic white cheddar slice for the cheese and some honey mustard since I don't have the Canadian brand! Thanks Lori!”

Simple to make - under-statement of the Tour! - and very tasty for a quick and satisfying breakfast! I used a honey mustard. And I added a rasher of bacon, which I'd pan-fried before adding the egg to the pan. Thanks for sharing!

I love to make these sandwiches. They bring me back to my childhood, when, during summer vacation, I used to make these for breakfast all the time. Usually, I would use mayo instead of mustard of any type, though.

I made this for DH this morning. He had two, and pronounced them "five star all the way". I used Dijon mustard, because I didn't have honey mustard. I'll be making these again.

Yummy! Talk about going back to my childhood. I'd forgotten all about these sandwiches. So easy and simple, yet so darn delicious! I didn't have honey mustard, and I don't really like mustard anyway so I left it out. I thought I had left over hamburger buns but didn't so I used plain white bread. It was so good. I think this will be new but old favorite.

A simple and quick supper on a night I wasnt moving around to well. DH loved these and asked when we could have them again! I used hamburger buns from the bakery, mild cheddar cheese, and dijon instead of honey mustard. Very good sandwich, served with sausage links and some fresh fruit. Thank you Lori Mama for posting this recipe!
