This was a big hit at my house. It is very much like this dish my husband and sons use to eat at a place in Grand Junction, Colo. the only thing missing was the green chili on it. Thanks for posting this recipe now I can make their favorite thing once in awhile. Thanks SueL.

Very Flavorful and extremely filling!! The only thing I did different was I added the sausage to the cream(slop) sauce, Sprinkled with paprika and chopped green onions. For bicuits baked Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk.

I used Jimmy Dean Bold Country sausage---this was a bit on the bold side, but still very good. Next time will use the regular. I cheated and used a McCormick Country gravy packet. Also used Pillbury Buttermilk Grands. It was a fast easy meal for dinner tonite, for my husband and myself. I am sure it will be even better with the homemade gravy version next time. My husband enjoys biscuits and gravy, so this will be a keeper for us. Thanks Sue L.

This is my husbands all time favorite breakfast. When I make this for him, he thinks he's been very good to deserve getting it. We love it. Thanks

This is the first time I've called my family to the table and told them "Slops on the table"...lol. Needless to say I got a few strange looks...hee hee. We really liked this dish. It was full of flavor and very good. This is food that my family likes....total comfort food. I will definately be making this many times over. Thank you for this tasty and easy meal....Stephanie
