This was GREAT !!! I cut back on the oil and butter a bit and added some red pepper flakes at the end . LOVED it !!! I served it over no yolk noodles , with some steamed carrots and broccoli with sliced tomatoes on the side . I will definatley make this again !

Very good! I had to skip the seasoning salt for dietary reasons but I added double the Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning.I also added some fresh sliced mushrooms to the mix.Had it topped with Parmesan - a great meal that I'll be making again.

This was an enjoyable meal. Very quick and easy. I added more lemon juice, lemon pepper, some cajun spices and parmesan cheese just to kick up the flavor a little. Served with garlic bread on the side. Great reviews from the kids!

Delish and so easy on a busy weekday-the whole meal went together in under thirty minutes! Next time I'll like to add some more green vegetables - either frozen peas or green peppers, but it is great how it is. Thanks for sharing!

A great basic recipe to play with, and very easy (esp. if you dice lots of chicken on weekends and freeze in sealed bags, like I do). I too switched out the seasoning salt — too "artificial" for an otherwise fresh and lively recipe. At the end, why note make a pan sauce by simply deglazing all those good bits with chicken broth! Also added steamed asparagus tips.

Had a real lemon zing. My husband and I really enjoyed it (he really likes the taste of lemon with chicken)!

Very good recipe. Very light yet refreshing taste. My DH didn't like it as much as I did - his loss! So I'll probably make it for a girlfriend get together! Very easy to make!

i needed a light; quick and delicious recipe for myself for dinner tonite. this was perfect. i didnt have time (had to be quick) to add the chicken and was not sure how it would taste without it, but it was excellent. other than that i followed the recipe exactly. i will be making this again with the chicken as i know it will give it a different; yet still excellent taste. i could see adding either fresh ripe diced tomatoes or even sun dried tomatoes to this. thanks for the great recipe!!!!

We both really enjoyed this one. We added some parmesan and I also served it with Asparagus With Lemon and Parmesan Butter. I will be making it again!

This was a very easy and tasty dish!! The only changes I made were that I used chicken tenders, and added some red pepper flakes as another reviewer had suggested, and I was most pleased with the results! Very nice weeknight meal, when you don't have alot of time, and simply add a nice salad and some breadsticks and you are good to go!! Thanks!
