This dish was pretty good. I used 1 onion, 1 red bell pepper, 2 garlic cloves and 3/4 of a small cabbage, the whole one was just too much. Next time, I will add more water and rice and a can of stewed tomatoes to give it more body. I'm glad I found this recipe. It reminds me of childhood stuffed cabbage rolls!

This was a winner for us. We added 2 cans of tomatoes and a little more rice and turkey rather than beef. We actually made two smaller casseroles and put one in the freezer - only to defrost it within the week as we were craving it again! Thanks Chelle.

This was super easy and really good...next time though i think i'll use two cans of tomato sauce as it was a little on the dry side. Thanks for sharing!

This was super easy and very tasty! For an extra kick, I added a bit of Tabasco sauce in with the ground beef mix. My fussy Ukrainian DH even liked it! Thanks for sharing!

Enjoyable, I changed it a bit. Using 1/2 cup white vin. 2 pks splenda, I used 2 1/2 lbs meat and 2 cabbages. 2 cans of tomato sauce. I made it in advance, using it the next day. It was great! Thanks.

Tasty but not as filling as I had hoped. I would add more rice next time. Very easy to do.
