The warming spice are Oh so good! This is also great for the rim of a glasses when serving cocktail, coffee or tea! Roosie hit it right on the flavor of Chai. Thank you!

The spices in this really remind me of chai, which is really great because I love chai! I made a half recipe and sprinkled it with some honey on Citrus French Toast #59588. The citrus flavors combined really well with the flavors from this. I halved the reciep and I did reduce the nutmeg to just a dash, due to personal taste. I added just shy of 1/2 tsp cinnamon (that would be just shy of 1 tsp for the whole recipe). Really yummy combination and I think these spices will go well with many dishes, or be tasty stirred into your tea or coffee. Thanks for a lovely little blend, Cherylkv!

I made a cup of Darjeeling tea, added a whole clove and some of this 5-spice sugar, stirred it up. Oh, yum! It's the flavors of chai!! Am trying it next mixed into homemade applesauce. This is a keeper!

Delicious! I love the flavors of Chai so I knew that this was going to be a winner. What a winner it was...I loved it. I did add 1/2 tsp. ground cloves (so I guess this was really 6 spice sugar), because cloves compliment the other spices so well. I added some of this spiced sugar, a little cream, and a touch of honey to a cup of tea. Yummy!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. It is definitely a keeper!!

ABSOLUTELY! DELICIOUS IT IS! Guess I've been missing something in my kitchen 'cause I had no idea what Chai is/was before this! A great, versatile addition to any table! Another time I just might take other reviewers' hints & add a little ground clove, just to see how that changes this sugar! Thanks for sharing! I wasn't sure I would like this with the coriander in it, but I've been eating it on my oatmeal for the past two days and I love it. Thank you for posting something different!
