Tasty tofu Mlok! I cooked up a large batch of these and we had some plain, some dipped in Thai chili sauce and used most of them in Bean Curd With Broccoli Bean Curd with Broccoli. Very nice....my daughter went home with the recipe. Thanks Mlok for posting this

mmmm, tastes like the fried tofu I get from local boba milk tea shops. I used my deep frier and added cayenne pepper to the dry mix to give it a little kick. Thanks a lot!

I love tofu done this way! I love the crispiness. I add them to stir frys and they are good on their own dipped in sauce. Thank you mlok!

This was great and all we added was a bit of light soy sauce. Thanks for posting !

I made these to take with some other things to my mom for dinner. They were easy to make and wonderful to eat! Nice delicate crispness on the outside while being tender on the inside. I didn't have seasoning salt or peanut oil so I used sea salt and vegetable oil. I thoroughly enjoyed them anyway! This is definitely going into my favorites folder. THANK YOU, mlok :D
