Try it, love it! A great combination of cabbage and dried fruits. Parsley added just the right touch of herbal flavors. I love the combination of sweetness and the slight tart taste of the dressing. I subed green onions by leek and this works well here. I have used also dried apricots and grapes and I suggest not to leave them out. The raspberry vinegar is just in line with the fruity flavors. What to say more than this easy to make slaw is a keeper and I sure will make it again soon.

Wish I could give this recipe more stars! So simple and quick to make and very pretty too. I did add a little more raisins and cranraisins just because I do like them a lot. Did not have the raspberry or cider vinegar so I used 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar with about 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. The coconut is so good with just a hint of taste! I did not add salt, pepper, or the apricots although next time I will try with the apricots. Thanks so much SusieD, fantastic slaw!

I enjoyed this recipe. Next time I will try adding some sunflower seeds just before serving to add a little crunch. This was an easy salad to prepare especially if you use a prepackaged coleslaw mix. The flavour of this salad is enhanced if left to sit longer, so if possible make it the day before you need it. Thanks for the recipe.

Loved this! I'm usually not a big fan of cole slaw, it's either too mayonnaisey or has too much of a vinegary bite for me. I'd consider this more of a salad that also happens to be slaw. The combination of fruits is just wonderful and the dish is very colorful. A great and different side dish year-round, not just for cole slaw ocassions. Thanks, Susie, for a great recipe!

We loved this, Susie! I skipped the raisins and added extra dried cranberries, grapes, and dried apricots. I didn't have rasberry vinegar on hand, so I used Late Harvest Riesling vinegar in the dressing--it worked quite well. We'll be having this one often--thank you so much for posting it!

Wonderful blend of flavors & easy to put together. I ran short of dried cranberries ( DH the pantry mouse at work again) so I made up the difference with raspberry flavored raisins. Otherwise, I made it exactly as written. Will definitely make again.

This is an extremely good slaw. I had this as a late lunch with a glass of milk. I used the raspberry vinegar, low fat mayo. I'll admit that I did use fat free sour cream which I didn't find to be a problem - I am used to it's taste and texture. I added both the apricot and grapes. The dressing mixed with the cabbage and various fruit created a really delicious complex flavor. I loved the tang of the vinegar among the sweetness of the fruit. I will definitely be making this again!! Thanks Susie!

Very nice flavor combinations with the sweet fruits, the herbs, and the raspberry vinegar! I did add just about a tbls. of sugar(I'm so used to sweet!), otherwise followed directions. I added dried apricots too. Thank you Susie!

This ones a wow! I added extra salads to my holiday menu this year and we all loved this one. It is a perfect salad to grace a holiday table. Looks impressive, and so deliciously different. Made as posted using the cider vinegar and since it was Christmas I did add some extra cranberries! A wonderful combination. Thank you for posting, this one will see a good many repeats.
