I ended up marinating the lamb about 3 hours. This was a wonderful combination of flavors. A great treat for lamb-lovers like our family.

Delicious - I used the grill and made a few changes in the recipe by using what I had on hand. The subsitutions I made was using tamarind dipping sauce and about 1 tablespoon green curry paste(instead of the chili garlic sauce and tamarind paste) — this was very spicy but good! Next time I think I will alternate the lamb cubes with onions and green peppers and other vegetables to make it a one dish meal though. Thanks for sharing this keeper!

Very easy to make. I marinated it over night. I would not change a thing. Friends and family raved about it. It was gone within 5 minutes. Next time I'll have to increase the amount. Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic! We really enjoyed this. I think I will try this sauce with roasted duck as well. Thanks for posting!
