We love garlic and this is the best salmon recipe I believe we have ever had. I did alittle different than recipe called for, I melted the butter and minced garlic in a baking dish in the oven and placed the seasoned salmon in dish with butter and added more melted butter and minced garlic over top and added 1 to 1 1/2c. water and baked it for 30 minutes. Turned out fabulous! This is most certainly a keeper. The flavor is just simply outstanding!! Thanks so much for sharing your recipe.

The simple recipes are always the best. This is excellent salmon that just melts in your mouth. I melted the butter, then let the garlic set in it off the heat for about 15 minutes, then proceeded with the recipe. This made for a more intense garlic flavor. Also added salt to the salmon with the lemon pepper seasoning. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!

Oh my goodness. I was looking for a fast, easy, and simple recipe for my frozen salmon fillets, and decided on this one, despite my abversion to lemon on fish. For some reason, I just don't care for it. However, this was fantastic! I was worried my kids wouldn't like it (6 and 1.5), but they just ate it up. In fact, it was my husband who said it was too 'lemon-peppery'. lol Anyway, I made it as is but w/o lemon wedges. I also used the jarred chopped roasted garlic since that's all I had. Served with butter seasoned noodles (Pasts Roni) and green beans. VERY GOOD! I'll definately hang on to this recipe! Thanks!

This was excellent. My husband just went salmon fishing this weekend so we have a lot of salmon to cook and this will be one of our favorite recipes. I may try it with olive oil next time to cut down on the fat and calories. Thanks for a great and super easy recipe!

This is really easy to prepare and fantastic tasting! Maybe one of the best we've tried considering the effort vs the result.

This is amazing! This was my first time cooking salmon & there couldn't be an easier recipe. I melted the butter & added the garlic-then brushed both sides with the salmon. Then I sprinkled both sides with Mrs. Dash salt free herb seasoning mix (I'm not a big fan of lemon pepper). Cooked up delicious with a great flavor; will certainly make again!

This is a very tasty, fast and easy way to prepare salmon, it is one my and DH's favorite, his because of the garlic. As a change-up, on occasion I have been known to use a cajun seasoning on the salmon, instead of the lemon pepper, that is also a yummy variation of this great dish.

This was very, very good. My salmon pieces were the right size — but cut in pretty long, narrow strips — and I think I may have overcooked them by a minute or two. This recipe is a keeper and we look forward to trying it again (and again). The garlic is just the right amount — not overpowering, just enough to let you know it's there. Thank you for posting such a popular recipe.

Delicious. I followed the directions exactly. The timing of 3 - 5 minutes per side was perfect. The salmon looked just like Marsha D.'s picture. The fish was very tender, also.

Made this last night and boy was it ever good. While not "exactly" healthy because of the butter, it tasted SO good I'd definitely make it again. The procedure was simplicity itself - even got to feel like a real chef when I squeezed in some fresh lemon juice (which added a nice tartness at the edges of the palate). I balked at the high price of the ingredients (yeah, the salmon was $5 per 6 oz filet) but it was WELL worth it. And it played very well with my stock sides - brown rice and blanched veggies. Highly recommended for the times you just have to treat yourself.
