Absolutely fantastic! We love Quiche... and this was really succesful I didn`t use bacon as I didn`t have any on hand. Instead I added small broccoli pieces, onions and 1 finely chopped tomato... This will be a repeat at our house! Thanks for sharing, WJKing!

Boca Pat suggested that I try this and she didn't steer me wrong. WE LOVED this quiche. I made it exactly as stated and it produced a creamy flavorful dish...quick and easy too. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing WJKing and thanks Boca Pat for suggesting it.

This was EXCELLENT!! I used swiss cheese instead of cheddar and omitted the bacon. I also added a diced fresh tomato. It turned out so creamy and was absolutely delicious. Thanks WJKing, I'll be making this again for sure.

Wonderful texture and taste! More creamy than eggy, which is my husband's preference. I didn't pre-bake the frozen crust. Just layered the bottom with extra sharp cheddar, four diced slices of ham, and poured the egg mixture on top. It cooked in the same amount of time (40 minutes). Next time I'll use an extra half cup of cheese since we like things super cheesy!

Loved this quiche, it was easy and tasty. I used some deli ham, which I fried up in a pan then shredded it with some onions. Was delicious.

This recipe is fantastic! I made several quiches for the week and we eat them for breakfast or dinner. They keep well in the fridge. Thanks, WJKing!

Pretty good recipe! Tastes great although added some chopped fresh parsley and added on 10 minutes cooking time to really firm it up.

Really nice, really easy....I don't often think of quiche because I don't always have half & half or heavy cream in the fridge. I do always have sour cream, so this will become an easy, to to recipe in the future. Baked in a convection oven for around 40 minutes in a hotter oven than normal, as I was in a hurry. 350/convection. It worked out great, puffed nice and high. I used a foil ring around my baked crust so that it wouldn't get to dark. Used sharp cheddar, reduced fat sour cream, and the rest as written. It was very cheesy, I think I might have even liked less cheese (can't believe I'm saying that!!) Thanks for a delicious recipe! If you don't have a crust, I recommend the easy crust made with oil #202023...you just pat it into the pie form, it's flaky and delicious, too! Thanks again!

Excellent recipe! The only changes I made was to use 1 cup sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup guyere and I substituted ham for the bacon. Oh, I did add green onion too....I love onion. This was my first attempt at quiche and made this for Bunco and received many postive comments and quite a few gals had second helpings. I will for sure make this again!

My whole family went after this. We love dishes with sour cream in them. I did use ham in this but it was truly wonderful. Thanks for posting.
