Great meal to fix when you can't be there to tend the pot. Instead of cooking in crockpot, I put in covered casserole dish and baked at 350° for about an hour (while I was running kiddies to soccer practice). Came home, cooked the noodles and we ate!

This was really tastey!!!I did substitute some fresh mushrooms (sauteed in butter first) for the canned. I also used one can of beef broth (which is more than 1 C., but I was using more beef) I did use sour cream, but only about 1/3 C., and we all really enjoyed this recipe. I would definitely make it again, for a quick meal. Thanks Paulette

This recipe is easy to prepare, good basic ingredients and I served it over rice. I will definately make again, but we actually thought it was much tastier before adding the flour and sour cream which I will leave out for my family the next time I make it. I may add in carrot in small slices and some peeled potatoes cut into chunks - making a ground beef stew. This recipe will allow great variations which I love. Thanks for posting.

Recipe is great for making ahead but doesn't taste much like stroganoff. I would add more liquid next time to get more and creamier sauce.

I love this recipe. I love pasta but I get bored with tomato based sauces. This is such a nice change. I usually make it without sour cream as that is not something I buy regularly and I still find it delicious.

Well this was a HUGE Success with my Hubby!!! He is on low carb diet so I could not serve over noodles or rice, so I added extra corn starch to thicken it up and served it in a bowl as a stew, and he loved it!!!!! I did not have any beef bouillon, so I added a package of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup mix with a cup of water and it was wonderful. Thanks for posting.

Really good recipe. My husband and kids love it. Add some crushed red pepper and a little worcestershire sauce to give it a little kick. This is a staple at our house now.
