Great tea! It is quick and easy to put together. "We" made this to use as a gift for my daughter's teacher and of course, we HAD to sample it. We filled a half-pint jelly jar with the mix and decorated the lid and included directions and set it down in a coffee mug and everyone was happy! I think I'll use this as gifts for members of the quilt guild that I belong to. (Wondering about trying this with other gelatin flavors?) This is really a wonderful drink...the only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of a 5, is because the peach jello sort of overpowered the tea taste and it was a little too sweet for me. I am going to add an additional 1/2 cup of tea to the mix, maybe even a full cup. That is just a personal preference. The recipe is great just the way it is!!! Thanks for submitting.
