17 Reviews of Silly- Simple Cheese and Garlic Filled Crescents

From: Little Bee

On Dec 29, 2005

Had these with some Tomato Basil soup and the combo was terrific! I wanted something different than the traditional grilled cheese and this was it! So simple and delicious. Thanks for a great recipe!

The great thing about this recipe is that you can be creative. I like to use extra sharp cheddar (I do not like processed cheese!), garlic salt and parsley. I reduce the cooking time to avoid the cheese running all over the pan. This is a great idea. My mouth is watering just thinking about them!

Very tasty and easy. I used 2 pieces of string cheese, quartered, instead of the American. It was a great side to a pasta dinner. Thanks.

My 4 yr old and I make these together. We love them. Although, we use 1/2 slice of cheese per roll...we like cheese.

These are so good and so easy to make. Enjoyed these with some Broccoli Soup and they were just right. I used some sliced sharp cheddar cheese because that was what I had. Thanks for a keeper.

My 4 year old daughter likes to type into the search words she can spell and see what comes up-it's VERY amusing for her! SILLY is one of those words and since we had all the ingredients she & I cooked these up for her lunch. Actually, they were so easy that she did mostly everything except opening the crescent package! She finshed hers & said "yum...these are lovely". Take it from a 4 year old that knows EVERYTHING!!
