These are very easy to make. If you don't have the time to prepare traditional drop style chocolate chip cookies, these are a great time saver. They do seem to go stale rather quickly after cutting them so I recommend only cutting them as you need to serve them. Or maybe transferring them to a zippered storage bag rather than leaving them in the pan would help.

These were so good and so easy. I made a pan before dinner and by 8:00 am the next morning the pan was sitting in the sink my midnight snackers must have been impressed.I'm going to make another pan today i hope i get more then one piece from this pan. thanks for the recipe.

Um, OK...24 hours and a double-batch later, there are NONE left. They are THAT good. And super easy, with ingredients most people have right on hand. I'm all ready planning on yummy ways to switch it up a bit (as I plan on making them often), with the additions of mini M&M's, toffee chips or butterscotch chips. THANKS FOR SHARING.

Oh my gosh! These were excellent! If you like to eat raw cookie dough, you will love these! They were very chewy & delicious. My son wanted these instead of a cake for his birthday. Thanks for a great recipe!!

After noticing the review on this recipe in the recent reviews section today, and the simplicity of it, I rushed to the kitchen to try it. I used maple extract in place of vanilla, and added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 3/4 cup chopped walnuts to the batter. I beat the eggs, butter and brown sugar first until light and well combined, then added in the remaining ingredients, then baked it in a metal insulated baking pan watching closely not to overbake. I was extrememly surprised at the finished results, it was really delicious, chewy and moist, with a wonderful flavor. this is very simple to put together, with very few ingredients, one that I will certainly be making again! Thank you very much for sharing...Kittencal

These are good, I made these at work for the other officers one LATE night. Cold glass of milk and warm cookie later, they were back in patrol cars with a smile on their face! I also melted 1/2 cup white chocolate with 2 Tbsp. shortening and drizzled it over the top.

So absolutely simple and delicious. My son was constantly getting into the pan for more. And I have all of the ingredients on hand at all times. I will definately make again, and again, and again.

I tried making these twice, thinking maybe I missed something the first time. If I could, I wouldn't even give this recipe a star. I had them in for 40 min and the inside was still mush, yet the top got over done. I have been baking for years, and never had a turn out like this twice in a row. I even tried adjusting heat and time in the oven. I will never make these again!

LOVED these!!! Very simple & quick to put together which was nice. These were absolutely divine straight out of the oven~ hot, soft & super chewy. I took the advice of another reviewer and put them in zippered storage bags quickly after cooling but they still seemed to stale rather quickly. Not a big problem though since they go so quickly!

These were really tasty even though they weren't quite what I was looking for (I wanted something that tasted less like a blondie and more like a chocolate chip cookie). I will definitely make again, though. I used a glass pan with good results.
