These ar so yummy! I used my favorite Texmex spice though and added some diced pepper for the extra bit of veggie. It's always good to hide those from my meateating kids and this is just perfect for it. BF had them cold, whereas I reheated my leftovers in the MW for 30sec.(I made more, that's why)We both agreed that I should make those again. Will be liked by small kids with out th chilis

These are very easy to make and quite delicious! To me, they are like ground beef quesadillas, and to be honest I have never made quesadillas with ground beef before, but they are fantastic! I used very large 10-inch flour tortillas with mine, and 1 of those is quite filling per person. I am sure even at that, I could have make up to 6 turnovers (the meat goes a long way). I didn't use oil in the pan with the tortillas, but sprayed it with non-stick and that turned out great. I may have gone overboard with my garlic, but for me, that's a given, and instead of diced tomatoes, I chopped up a large beefsteak sized tomato I had and that was fine. Thanks for posting!

Fantastic tasty recipe! I used ground turkey and onion salt, my son refuses to eat onions, this was so good, I served it with guacamole, sour cream and beans. Very easy and very tasty!

A quick, easy, tasty weeknight meal! I scaled the recipe for 2 servings, used extra lean ground round, a mixture of Jack & Cheddar, included green chilies & sprayed the pan with Pam. my single issue was the meat trying to "escape" from the tortilla as it was frying. WE enjoyed these with beans, salsa, sour cream & guacamole on the side. Thanx OzMan!

Ok time to add my 2 cents to your reviews. I made these last night for dinner, adding an additional 3 cloves of garlic, 1 1/2 tsp chili powder, and 1/2 tsp ground cumin as we like our food spicy. Perfect blend. Followed the rest of the recipe as called for and were very pleased with the results. I will make extra next time and freeze for a quick after work dinner. Thanks OZ!

Very Good...and easy recipe. It is very hard for me to please 3 picky girls and this was a hit. Great for those nights when rushing kids off to practice. Will definately make again

This will fill you up! Quick, tasty, a little different. The mixture tried to escape from the tortilla while we were eating — think I used a little less cheese than in the recipe — will increase the amount the next time around. Thanx for a new recipe to enjoy often.

After reading another review for these, I decided I had to try them. I used lean ground beef and basically followed the recipe as posted, using grated cheddar cheese and about half a cup of chopped jalepeno peppers. I served these with salsa and sour cream on the side. I'll definitely be making these again because they were a bit hit in our house! Thanks OzMan!

So simple so good! Loved that I could make as many as I needed and didn't have to make the whole thing. Just pulled the fixins out throughout the weekend when someone was hungry. Good, easy to understand instructions too. Thanks Oz!

Very yummy recipe and extremely easy to prepare. I did however skip the meat mixture part of the recipe as my DS wanted plain old tacos so I had to use his taco meat mixture. But then followed the rest of the recipe to a tee using the tomatoes, monterey jack cheese, & green chilis. Fried them in about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and they turned out nice & crispy. I've posted a pic, but will ask Kathy to leave Sue L.'s as the default because mine was a quickly taken picture and I didn't have time to (dress it up) so to speak. Again great recipe, thanks so much for posting!
