Thanks Betsy502 This recipe was the best for several reasons. #1 The taste was wonderful. #2 It was so easy to make. #3 I did not need my crepe pan. and the best of all it was not fried. This one is a keeper.

This was great but I had to use Philadelphia cream cheese as I had no cottage cheese so I want to do it again using the correct ingredient . It tasted like a cheesecake with the texture of a madeira type cake. I served it with fruit and cream for dessert and I have since noticed that most of it has gone. I am looking forward to making this again and eating it again - thanks to BB502.

Oh, wow - super yummy and EEEEEEEEzeee! A previous review mentions that "best of all" this recipe isn't fried. Perhaps she's assuming there are health benefits because of that, but honestly... once you've dumped in half a cup of butter, it's probably got more fat in it than anything fried would. And you can taste every drop - mmm... a delightful dish for Yom Tov, but probably deadly on a regular basis.
