SERVES 20 , 20 'pancakes'

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add beaten eggs and butter or oil.
  3. Add the milk.
  4. Put on spoonfuls onto greased hot griddle or frying pan.
  5. Turn when'bubbles' appear.
  6. Remove from pan and place on wire racks.
