Lemon and garlic flavored Hummus. Wonderful!

SERVES 4

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend, adding more lemon if necessary to obtain desired consistency.
  2. Refrigerate for several hours , may be made a week ahead of time.
  3. Serve with Pita Bread.
