I own a small greek deli and this is our biggest selling spread!!

SERVES 48

  1. Process garlic cloves Add cream cheese and milk When smooth add feta and fresh spinach Blend for about 5 min.
  2. mixture will be loose.
  3. Put in fridge until chilled, about 1 hour Taste great on almost anything.
  4. Pita,pretzels,veggies,sandwiches˜Á  thins--.
