Creamy Spinach Pasta Sauce Recipe #76302

A lovely change from the usual tomato sauce. It's even better when topped off with nicely browned fresh mushrooms!

2 1/2 cups

  1. Saute garlic in butter over very low heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Add wine, bring to a boil, add spinach and reduce heat to low.
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add milk, increase heat to medium high and stir until sauce is smooth and heated through.
  5. Remove from heat, add Parmesan and stir until cheese melts.
  6. Serve over hot, drained pasta.
