Christmas Morning Breakfast for 12 Recipe #76097

This is an easy oven scrambled egg dish. Nice for a large cowd if find, especially on a buffet when I serve many other breakfast items.

SERVES 12

  1. Melt butter, cool, then pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  2. Tilt dish to coat bottom.
  3. Combine eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper until blended.
  4. Add the finely chopped green onions, or onion powder and pour into melted butter.
  5. cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Next morning bake at 350 F for 35 minutes.
