Apple Pie Recipe #75026
This recipe is from a friend and has been passed around campfires often with eager anticipation. It is a very sweet and smooth alcoholic drink that is perfect for cool autumn evenings.

SERVES 50
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1/2 gallon apple juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cups Everclear alcohol
- Heat first three ingredients to dissolve sugar.
- Once it has cooled, add 2 C. Everclear.
- Add 1-2 cinnamon sticks per glass bottle.
- Pour into glass bottles.
- Makes 2 1/2 Gal.
