Banana Rice Pudding Recipe #69901

  1. In a bowl, combine rice and sugar and mix well.
  2. Cool completely, then fold in whipped cream and banana.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Spoon into serving dishes and garnish with mint.
