Pecan Pie Cupcakes Recipe #61081
My aunt gave this recipe to me. These are wonderful little snacks!

24 miniature cupcakes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Spray a miniature muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill each 3/4 full.
- Bake in preheated oven for approx.
- 18 minutes.
