I love lamb and was happy to have discovered this simple recipe using a crock pot.

SERVES 8

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
  2. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
  3. Remove roast and let set 20 minutes before carving.
  4. Slice thin.
