Baked Shrimp in Lemony Garlic Sauce Recipe #54311

This is a very tasty dish. I enjoy serving with a nice green salad and a good sourdough baguette. Yummy. Only 3 points per serving.

SERVES 4

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Arange shrimp in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine lemon juice with next 5 ingredients; pour over shrimp.
  4. Bake at 425 for 8-10 min or until shrimp are done.
  5. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp; serve immediately.
  6. Serving size is 3 oz shrimp with 2 Tbsp sauce.
  7. With 3 points per serving.
