SERVES 8

Saute in butter

  1. Cook seafood, etc.in boiling water.
  2. Sautee peppers, onions, and mushrooms until tender
  3. Toss all ingredients together and put in buttered baking dish.
  4. Cook at 375 degrees F, uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Serves 8.
