Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe #50604

Talk about Comfort food!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've also made with Monterey Jack Cheese to give it a little kick!!

1¼ hours | 15 min prep

SERVES 8 -10

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. Melt butter and blend in flour, add milk cooking till slightly thickened, (can be done in Micro).
  3. Add shredded cheese and brie till melted.
  4. Butter pan and Layer 1/2 the potatoes,onions,bacon bits, and sauce then add next layer.
  5. (you can do more layers if you want ending with sauce.) Bake for 1 hour till tender.
