Mississippi Mud Pie Recipe #460

SERVES 8

  1. Mix margarine, flour and nuts, and pat in a 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. First Layer: confectioners sugar, Cool Whip, and Cream Cheese Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Second Layer: instant chocolate pudding, instant vanilla pudding, milk Beat pudding until thickened.
  6. Careful spread over first layer.
  7. Cool until set in refrigerator.
  8. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
  9. Sprinkle shaved Chocolate on top for decoration.
  10. Refrigerate or it can be frozen for up to two months.
