Great on baked potatoes, on buns, or right out of the pot!

SERVES 12 , 1 pot

  1. Place whole chicken in a casserole dish. Dry it off with paper towels.
  2. Brush with 1/4 cup melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 450 for about an hour or until chicken reaches 170 degrees.
  4. Debone chicken and shred chicken.
  5. Place chicken in a crock pot and stir it in with the a bottle of sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's), the sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cook on low for 2 hours.
