Rolled Chicken Recipe #380962

This is a recipe i made up myself. it is easy to fix and toss in the oven

SERVES 4

  1. Preheat oven to 350* F.
  2. Roll crackers until completely smashed.
  3. Add parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and completely mix all ingredients together.
  4. Melt butter in microwave.
  5. Roll chicken in butter, then roll in cracker mixture.
  6. Place in foil lined oven pan, pour remainder of butter over chicken.
  7. Bake 45 minutes.
