Cream of Tomato & Basil Soup Recipe #380782

A simple, cheap tomato and basil soup.

SERVES 2

  1. Add Tomatoes, Basil, Sugar and Stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for about 5 minues.
  3. Using a hand blender, blend the soup until smooth.
  4. Add cream and return to heat for a furth 3 minutes.
