Lemon and Dill Zucchini (Courgettes) Recipe #380671

Toss with your choice of pasta or on top of wild rice.

SERVES 2 -4

  1. Half zucchinis length wise and slice into crescents.
  2. In bowl, drizzle zucchinis with lemon olive oil.
  3. Add dill and black pepper to taste.
  4. Let sit for 3 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Place zucchini mixture on foil lined backing sheet.
  6. Broil for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve.
