Easy marinades for budget beef! I found this recipe in Woman's World magazine. I have not tried these marinades, but I'm posting them for safe keeping.

Zesty Caesar

Honey Dijon

Tex Mex Chili

Whiskey Molasses

Sherry Garlic

Teriyaki Red Wine

  1. Start with the boneless beef then make a marinade.
  2. 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef.
  3. Ginger Orange:.
  4. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, oil, sugar, and ground ginger.
  5. Zesty Caesar:.
  6. Mix caesar style vinaigrette salad dressing, minced garlic, and pepper.
  7. Honey Dijon:.
  8. Blend honey, dijon mustard, and vinegar, oil, minced garlic, pepper, dried rosemary, and salt.
  9. Tex Mex Chili:.
  10. Combine italian salad dressing, lime juice, chili powder, and ground cumin.
  11. Whiskey Molasses:.
  12. Stir together molasses, bourbon whiskey, chopped scallions, olive oil,
  13. balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and minced garlic.
  14. Sherry Garlic:.
  15. Mix olive oil, sherry, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  16. Teriyaki Red Wine:.
  17. Combine red wine, teriyaki sauce, honey, spicy brown mustard and minced garlic.
