Rhubarb - Strawberry Upside Down Cake Recipe #380283

It's July 4th and everybody wants something refreshing and fun. We have a ton of rhubarb............. so here is a recipe from a lady in the Spinners and Weavers Guild. We'll make this to celebrate the day.

SERVES 9 , 1 cake

  1. Cover greased 9 x 13 pan with miniature marshmallows. Mix rhubarb, sugar and Jell-O. Let stand while preparing cake mix according to package directions. Pour cake mix over marshmallows, then cover with the rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn onto serving dish. Cool and eat.
