Chinese Hoisin Glaze for Chicken Recipe #380173

SERVES 4

1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup wine
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons ginger, grated

Mix and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Glaze chicken in the last few minutes of barbecuing.
Serve remaining glaze as accompanyment.
