Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe #380129

This was given to me by a friend. I have not tried it yet, but I am saving it here so I can in the future!

30 min | 10 min prep

SERVES 4 , 1 quart

  1. Stir eggs, skim milk, and sugar together well and heat on medium low until mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in half and half and vanilla.
  3. Chill in fridge for a couple of hours.
  4. Then process in an ice cream maker.
