Chadron Sausage & Rice Casserole Recipe #379840

I made this casserole from ingredients that were in my pantry and refrigerator - I wrote it down as I went because it smelled so good!

SERVES 6 -8 , 1 casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Over medium heat, cook sausage with onion, peppers, celery and corn until cooked through in a large frying pan.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  4. Pour into 9x12" baking dish (I sprayed mined with non-stick cooking spray).
  5. Bake 45 minutes to an hour or until rice is done.
