Scalloped Corn Recipe #379826

This is my mother's famous recipe- comes out sweet and wonderful!

SERVES 6 -8 , 6 -8 servings

  1. In a microwave or oven safe bowl combine mix together corn and crushed crackers. Add the sugar, salt and pepper mix again.
  2. Place 4-5 butter slivers around the top of corn.
  3. Microwave for 7 minutes or till hot all the way through, or Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
