An adult milk shake. Coffee ice cream, brandy, and coffee make a delicious combination!

SERVES 2 , 2 1/4 cups
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 pint coffee ice cream
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Garnish
- grated chocolate
- Stir together coffee granules and hot water.
- Process coffee and next 3 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Garnish with grated chocolate, if desired.
