Breakfast Egg Casserole - High Protein Recipe #378789

Another good breakfast idea that I got from my sister Julie ... both easy and healthy.

SERVES 8 , 1 9x13 pan

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Beat in flour and milk until there are no lumps.
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into buttered 9" x 13: pan.
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
