What a fantastic tasting dish for a quickie on those rushed nights, comfort food, and veggies - how can it get any better!! You can substitute fresh veggies for the frozen any time, just be sure to cut the crispier vegetables into smaller pieces to ensure even cooking.

SERVES 4

  1. Bring milk and water just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat. Add macaroni; stir. Reduce heat to low; simmer 6 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  2. Stir in vegetables; cover. Simmer 3 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed and vegetables are heated through; stirring occasionally.
  3. Add cheese sauce mix and butter; stir until well blended.
