Smothered Pork Chops With Tomato Cream Gravy Recipe #377589

SERVES 4 -6

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Combine brown sugar, salt, sage and pepper. Rub into chops.
  3. Dust chops with flour.
  4. Brown chops in oil and butter.
  5. Set in baking dish.
  6. Add onion rings; saute until tender.
  7. Add garlic and mushrooms; saute 5 minutes.
  8. Add chicken stock, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and heavy cream. Pour all over chops.
  9. Cover and bake 1 hour.
  10. Serve over pasta.
