Green Salsa- Salsa Verde Recipe #377330

My recipe created in 1994
by red and white kitchen

20 min | 5 min prep

SERVES 9 , 3 cups

  1. In medium saucepan add tomatillos,jalapenos( tops cut off),1 onion and water.
  2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Cool.
  3. Puree. Using pulse setting on food processor add garlic, cilantro and onion.
  4. Pulse till blended yet leaving some pieces, for crunch.
